  • Hi, I’m Stephanie Cunningham — designer, maker, teacher, and the creative heart behind The Wreath Design Studio. I’ve always been a DIY girl at heart. My love for creating began as a young girl working alongside my dad, building and remodeling homes. Those early days of measuring, painting, and sanding taught me that with imagination and effort, you can transform ordinary materials into something extraordinary.

    As an adult, that passion never faded — it evolved. Whether I’m redoing kitchen countertops, designing a backsplash, experimenting with abstract art, or pairing textures and colors for a custom wreath, the creative process has always been my happy place.

  • Early Inspiration

  • The Turning Point


    In 2022, life handed me an unexpected turning point. The company I worked for announced a divestiture, and my team of 18 employees — people who had become family — were moving to another organization. It broke my heart to think I’d lose them, so I did what came naturally: I created something meaningful from the heart. I designed a personalized wreath for each woman — capturing her favorite colors, florals, and personality. Some were sassy, others sweet or sophisticated, but every piece told her story.


  • Through those long nights of designing, I discovered just how therapeutic and fulfilling the creative process could be. When I presented the wreaths that spring, there were tears, laughter, and hugs — and in that moment, I knew I’d found my next chapter. That heartfelt experience became the seed that grew into my small business, officially launched in August 2023 as SDC Wreaths 4 U.

  • The Evolution


    As my artistry and vision continued to grow, so did my brand. In mid-2025, I rebranded as The Wreath Design Studio — a name that reflects both my evolution and my passion for designing home décor that speaks to the heart. Today, I’m not only creating handcrafted pieces that bring beauty and meaning into homes, but also helping others discover their own creative spark.

    2023: SDC Wreaths 4 U officially launched — handcrafted décor made with heart.


    2025: Rebranded as The Wreath Design Studio, reflecting elevated artistry and style.


    2026: Launching private group for creatives to learn, grow, and design together.

  • Teaching & Community


    In addition to designing heartfelt pieces, I’ve discovered an even deeper joy in teaching others. I now host private wreath classes (in-person and virtual), team-building events, and wreath parties, where creativity and connection come together in the most fun and inspiring ways. Whether someone is picking up ribbon and mesh for the first time or already has a love for design, I guide them step by step to create something beautiful they can be proud of.

    In 2026, I’ll be launching a private teaching group for aspiring designers and creative entrepreneurs — a welcoming space to learn the art of wreath design, share ideas, and grow together. I’ll be teaching the techniques, lessons, and insights I wish I’d known when I began, along with all the new things I’m still learning as my journey continues.
